The Detroit Symphony Orchestra welcomes next year’s League of American Orchestras National Conference to Detroit, June 6-8, 2017. This premier event for orchestra professionals across the country provides a forum for emerging practices and innovation. The conference offers opportunities to learn about and test new ideas, solve problems, acquire new skills, and build and strengthen networks. More than 1,000 people attend each year—staff, musicians, board members, business partners, volunteers, and top thought leaders from the orchestra field and beyond.
